trial will be run as two separate one ring trials on Saturday and Sunday.
REGULAR CLASS INFORMATION
We allow 7 days for all the postmarked entries to arrive before starting to process the entries. Please allow 10 days after the opening postmark date before expecting to here from us about the status of your entry |
| SPECIAL REMINDER: There is NO need or advantage in overnighting an entry for a postmark date opening. Just make sure that the postmark date can be clearly read. It is best to go to the post office and have them hand cancel the envelope. |

Dogs with permanent height cards do not require wicketing but still must check-in. JUDGING BEGINS: Measuring/Check-in will be at 7:00 am, Briefing/Walk-through will start at 7:30 am. First dog on the line may be before 8:00 am. All Judging will be outdoors, rain or shine. Surface: Grass, Ring Size: 110 x 110, Show Hours 7 AM to 7 PM. Open to all breeds.. CLASSES OFFERED: Saturday: 2 Regular, 2 Jumpers, 2 Touch n Go. Sunday: 2 Regular, 2 Weavers, 2 Tunnelers. FEES: $14 each class. See premium or entry form for packages. Make all checks payable to SCAT. Fast Times will not return checks for entries that are not accepted or entries cancelled before the check has been deposited. We shred all unused checks. PRELIMINARY CONFIRMATIONS: Fast Times will send preliminary confirmations either as attachments via email or in the body of an email to all exhibitors who provide their email address. If you do not have and email address and want a preliminary confirmation, please send a stamped self-addressed envelope. | There shall be no refunds for entries withdrawn in the
event a dog and/or handler are injured, absent, or dismissed from
competition, regardless of the reason for such dismissal.
Refunds are allowed if requested before the closing date.
Refunds after closing date for bitches in season only. A $5.00
processing fee for ANY
refunds. ALL REFUNDS MUST INCLUDE OWNERS NAME AND MAILING ADDRESS WITH
REQUEST. BITCHES IN SEASON are not eligible to participate. Entry fees will be refunded subject to a $5.00 processing fee. Written verification from a veterinarian is required. Notification for refund of bitches in season must be sent with a Veterinarian's note AND copy of the Final Trial Confirmation for the dog NO LATER THAN 48 hrs after end of the trial. |
