 HEIGHT CARDS & MEASURING: There MAY be an Official Measurer at this trial, if there is then ALL DOGS REGARDLESS OF THEIR JUMP HEIGHT without a height card will have to be measured.  If there is NOT a measurer at the trial then - All 8-20" jump height dogs with out height cards or yellow measurement slips will need to be wicketed by the judge before running.  We will wicket any 8-20" dogs in the morning and throughout they day if needed.   For more information about being measured or wicketed at this trial CLICK HERE.
 JUDGING BEGINS: :8:00 am, briefing at 7:45 am. All Judging will be outdoors, rain or shine. Surface: Grass, Ring Size: 100’ x 120’, Show Hours 7 AM to 7 PM.  Open to all breeds..

DIRECTIONS TO SHOW SITE:

FROM I-95 SOUTHBOUND:
EXIT AT #49.  TURN RIGHT (HEADING WEST) ONTO 332/NEWTOWN BY-PASS.  GET IN LEFT LANE IMMEDIATELY.  TURN LEFT AT FIRST TRAFFIC LIGHT – STONY HILL ROAD.  SITE IS ON THE RIGHT.  SHADY BROOK FARM.  FOLLOW SIGNS FOR DOG SHOW PARKING. DO NOT PARK IN FARM MARKET LOT.

FROM I-95 NORTHBOUND:
EXIT AT #49.  TURN LEFT (HEADING WEST) AT END OF EXIT RAMP ONTO 332/NEWTOWN BY-PASS.  CROSS OVER 95 AND TAKE LIGHT IMMEDIATELY AFTER CROSSING OVER I-95 – STONY HILL ROAD. (BE CAREFUL NOT TO GET BACK ON I-95 SOUTH). SITE IS ON YOUR RIGHT – SHADY BROOK FARM.  FOLLOW SIGNS FOR DOG SHOW PARKING.  DO NOT PARK IN FARM MARKET LOT.

REFUNDS
There shall be no refunds for entries withdrawn in the event a dog and/or handler are dismissed from competition, regardless of the reason for such dismissal.  Refunds are allowed if requested before the closing date.  Refunds after closing date for bitches in season only. A $5.00 processing fee for ANY refunds.  ALL REFUND REQUESTS BEFORE THE CLOSING DATE MUST INCLUDE OWNERS NAME AND MAILING ADDRESS WITH REQUEST.

BITCHES IN SEASON are not eligible to participate.  Entry fees will be refunded subject to a $5.00 processing fee.  Written verification from a veterinarian is required.  Notification for refund of bitches in season must be RECEIVED no later than 48 hrs after end of the trial.  A Veterinarian's note AND Final Trial Confirmation for dog must accompany any such refund.  Requests can be faxed to 888-521-1706

Clarification about refunds
Must be RECEIVED with 48 hrs of the end of trial – Tuesday at 6 pm.  After the closing date, Fast Times will only process refunds for bitches in season.  Please read refund policy in premium.
RESULTS
Trial results showing the qualifiers for the trial will be available by Tuesday after the trial.
