HEIGHT CARDS & MEASURING: There will be an Official Measurer at this trial, if there is then ALL DOGS REGARDLESS OF THEIR JUMP HEIGHT without a height card will have to be measured.  If there is NOT a measurer at the trial then - All 4"-20" jump height dogs with out height cards or yellow measurement slips will need to be wicketed by the judge before running.  We will wicket any 4"-20" dogs in the morning and throughout they day if needed.   For more information about being measured or wicketed at this trial CLICK HERE.
JUDGING BEGINS: briefing at 7:15 am., judging begins at 7:30 am,  All Judging will be indoors. Surface: Dirt, Ring Size: 90' x 110’, Show Hours
6:30 a.m. to 60 minutes after last run each day.  Open to all breeds.
CLASSES OFFERED:  One Standard, One Jumpers with Weaves, and one FAST class offered each day. 
FEES
:  $18 per class.  Make all checks payable to JAG
Fast Times will not return checks for entries that are not accepted or entries cancelled before the check has been deposited.  We shred all unused checks. 
PRELIMINARY CONFIRMATIONS: Fast Times will send preliminary confirmations either as attachments via email or in the body of an email to all exhibitors who provide their email address.  If you do not have and email address and want a preliminary confirmation, please send a stamped self-addressed envelope.

DIRECTIONS TO SHOW SITE:

From Delaware Memorial Bridge
Take 295 to Exit 11B onto 322 West. Take the last exit before the bridge onto Rt. 130 South. Gloucester County Dream Park will be approximately 1 mile on the right.  Alternate: Follow I-295 South to exit 10 (Center Square Road/ Swedesboro). Turn right onto Center Square Road. Travel app. 1 mile, turn right on Pedricktown Road (first four way intersection). Follow Pedricktown Road until you reach the dead end at the Stop sign. Turn left at the Stop sign onto High Hill Road. Follow to end of road. Proceed straight into main entrance of the Gloucester County Dream Park.


From Philadelphia or Commodore Barry Bridge
Follow I-95 to the Commodore Barry Bridge Exit. Cross the bridge and stay to your right. Take the first exit ramp for Route 130 South, (Penns Grove). Follow Route 130 South for approximately 1 mile The Gloucester County Dream Park is approximately 1 mile on the right.


From  North New Jersey/New York
Take 295 South to Exit 11B onto 322 west. Take the last exit before the toll bridge onto Rt. 130 South. The Gloucester County Dream Park is approximately 1 mile on the right.  Alternate: New Jersey Turnpike to Exit 2. Turn left onto Rt. 322 West. Follow to last exit before toll Bridge onto Rt. 130 South. The Gloucester County Dream Park is approximately 1 mile on the right.

From  Rt 130 North
Pass the facility to the 322 interchange (approximately 1.5 miles). Take exit for 322 west. Take immediate exit onto Rt. 130 south. The Gloucester County Dream Park is approximately 1 mile on the right.

REFUNDS

REFUNDS:
There shall be no refunds for entries withdrawn after the closing date or in the event a dog and/or handler are dismissed from competition, regardless of reason for such dismissal. 

Prior to the closing date:


A refund of 100% of the entry fees will be given for any reason, if the request is received by the trial secretary in writing prior to closing. 

After the closing date but prior to commencement of the trial:

Entry fees, minus a $5 administrative charge per day and a $3.00 per run fee, will be refunded for injured or sick dogs, or injured or sick handlers.
A veterinarian’s or doctor’s note AND copy of the Final Confirmation is required.

Bitches in season will get a full refund, minus the $5 administrative charge. A veterinarian’s note AND copy of the Final Confirmation is required.

All refund requests made after the closing date must be received by the trial chair in writing. A veterinarian’s or doctor’s note AND copy of the Final Confirmation is required. Requests for refunds received after the commencement of the trial will not be given for any reason. 

No entry fees will be refunded if the trial cannot open or be completed by reason of riots, civil disturbances, fire, Act of God, public emergency, act of a public enemy, strike or any other cause beyond the control of the organizers.

 
RESULTS
Trial results showing the qualifiers for the trial will be available a few days after the trial.
