NEW AKC CLASS - "TIME 2 BEAT" DEMO

JAG (Agility Assoc of Central NJ) is offering the new AKC Game, Time 2 Beat, as a demo at our Nov AKC show.

What: Time 2 Beat Demo

When: Friday, Nov. 13, 2009 (11/13/09)

Time: End of day in the first available ring

Cost: $10, pre-entry and day of. Day of only available if space permits.

# of Runs in Demo: 150 Runs Limit 1 Run per dog/handler team unless space permits additional runs.

Other info: No Toys or Food in ring. Dogs do not have to be registered with AKC but must be 15 months of age and must be eligible to participate in AKC agility events

NOTE ABOUT CRATING: There is another area IN the building called the Expo/Aucton area that is 68'x118' that will be used for general crating for all exhibitors (about the size of one of the Aston rinks). It is heated with a concrete floor. The "special assigned crating" that was referred to in the final confirmation is a limited area in the area of the agility rings. This will be assigned by the trial committee presumably to volunteers and those with key positions that need to have their dogs available on short notice since they will be working at the trial.

SPECIAL REMINDER: Please remember to make sure you check the box, sign, and write "NO SIGNATURE REQUIRED" on any overnights. The Post Office will not even attempt delivery and they will return them marked "Refused"

HEIGHT CARDS & MEASURING: There will be an Official Measurer at this trial, if there is then ALL DOGS REGARDLESS OF THEIR JUMP HEIGHT without a height card will have to be measured. If there is NOT a measurer at the trial then - All 4"-20" jump height dogs with out height cards or yellow measurement slips will need to be wicketed by the judge before running. JUDGING BEGINS: briefing at 7:15 am., judging begins at 7:30 am, All Judging will be indoors. Surface: Dirt, Ring Size: 85' x 115’, Show Hours 7 AM to 7 PM. Open to all breeds.
CLASSES OFFERED: One Standard, One Jumpers with Weaves class and one FAST class offered each day.
FEES: $25/15. Make all checks payable to JAG. Fast Times will not return checks for entries that are not accepted or entries cancelled before the check has been deposited. We shred all unused checks.
PRELIMINARY CONFIRMATIONS: Fast Times will send preliminary confirmations either as attachments via email or in the body of an email to all exhibitors who provide their email address. If you do not have and email address and want a preliminary confirmation, please send a stamped self-addressed envelope.

From Delaware Memorial Bridge
Take 295 to Exit 11B onto 322 West. Take the last exit before the bridge onto Rt. 130 South. Gloucester County Dream Park will be approximately 1 mile on the right. Alternate: Follow I-295 South to exit 10 (Center Square Road/ Swedesboro). Turn right onto Center Square Road. Travel app. 1 mile, turn right on Pedricktown Road (first four way intersection). Follow Pedricktown Road until you reach the dead end at the Stop sign. Turn left at the Stop sign onto High Hill Road. Follow to end of road. Proceed straight into main entrance of the Gloucester County Dream Park.

From Philadelphia or Commodore Barry Bridge
Follow I-95 to the Commodore Barry Bridge Exit. Cross the bridge and stay to your right. Take the first exit ramp for Route 130 South, (Penns Grove). Follow Route 130 South for approximately 1 mile The Gloucester County Dream Park is approximately 1 mile on the right.

From North New Jersey/New York
Take 295 South to Exit 11B onto 322 west. Take the last exit before the toll bridge onto Rt. 130 South. The Gloucester County Dream Park is approximately 1 mile on the right. Alternate: New Jersey Turnpike to Exit 2. Turn left onto Rt. 322 West. Follow to last exit before toll Bridge onto Rt. 130 South. The Gloucester County Dream Park is approximately 1 mile on the right.

From Rt 130 North
Pass the facility to the 322 interchange (approximately 1.5 miles). Take exit for 322 west. Take immediate exit onto Rt. 130 south. The Gloucester County Dream Park is approximately 1 mile on the right.

There shall be no refunds for entries withdrawn after the closing date for injury or in the event a dog and/or handler are absent, injured, or are dismissed from competition, regardless of reason for such dismissal. If because of riots, civil disturbances or other acts beyond the control of management it is impossible to open or complete the show, no refund of entry fee will be made. Refunds after closing date for bitches in season only. A $5.00 processing fee for ANY refunds. ALL REFUND REQUESTS BEFORE THE CLOSING DATE MUST INCLUDE OWNERS NAME AND MAILING ADDRESS WITH REQUEST.

BITCHES IN SEASON are not eligible to participate. Entry fees will be refunded subject to a $5.00 processing fee. Written verification from a veterinarian is required. Notification for refund of bitches in season must be RECEIVED no later than 48 hrs after end of the trial. A Veterinarian's note AND Final Trial Confirmation for dog must accompany any such refund. Clarification about refunds
Bitch in season refunds MUST BE RECEIVED within 48 hrs of end of trial – Tuesday at 6 pm. After the closing date, Fast Times will only process refunds for bitches in season. Please read refund policy in premium.
