Change in AKC Rules – YOU SHOULD ATTACH a copy of height card with EACH and EVERY ENTRY.
 Cards are not allowed to be kept on file.  Unless the height card is included WITH the entry,
 you will not be able to get the self serve armbands but will need to check-in and show your height card. Height cards cannot be accepted after the entry has been received.

HEIGHT CARDS & MEASURING:  There MAY be an Official Measurer at this trial, if there is then ALL DOGS REGARDLESS OF THEIR JUMP HEIGHT without a height card will have to be measured.  If there is NOT a measurer at the trial then - All 8-20" jump height dogs with out height cards or yellow measurement slips will need to be wicketed by the judge before running.  We will wicket any 8-20" dogs in the morning and throughout they day if needed.   For more information about being measured or wicketed at this trial CLICK HERE.
JUDGING BEGINS:   7:30 am, briefing at 7:15 am. All Judging will be outdoors, rain or shine. Surface: Grass, Ring Size: 110’ x 110’, Show Hours 7 AM to 7 PM.  Open to all breeds..
CLASSES OFFERED:  One Standard, one Jumpers with weaves AND FAST CLASS, ALL LEVELS, offered each day.  
FEES:  $24 for the first run of each day per dog and $15 for the second run each day for the same dog.  Make all checks payable to FAST TIMES not the club.  Fast Times will not return checks for entries that are not accepted or canceled entries.  We shred all unused checks.
PRELIMINARY CONFIRMATIONS: Fast Times will send preliminary confirmations either as attachments via email or in the body of an email to all exhibitors who provide their email address.  If you do not have and email address and want a preliminary confirmation, please send a stamped self-addressed envelope.

INFORMATION ABOUT THE PREFERRED CLASS

Exhibitors can setup on Friday after 2 pm.   A, B, & P classes will run together.   ELECTRONIC TIMING WILL BE USED IN ALL RINGS.

Please EXPECT that there will be changes in judges’ assignments because of the probability that AKC’s Judging limits will require load balancing.

DIRECTIONS TO SHOW SITE:

FROM WEST CHESTER:  Rt 202 S to Rt. 926 West about 8 miles to the intersection of Rt 82 and 926.  

FROM NORTH:  I-95 S (or Rt. 295 to Commodore Barry Bridge to I-95) to Rt. 322 W. (West Chester) to Rt. 1 S (about 9 miles) to Rt. 82 N toward Willowdale.  Follow Rt 82 North about 1 mile to intersection of Rt 926.  

FROM EAST:  Take PA TPK to 476 South to Rt 1 south to Rt. 82 N toward Willowdale.  Follow Rt 82 North about 1 mile to intersection of Rt 926.   OR take PA TPK to King of Prussia, take 202 S follow directions “From West Chester” above.

FROM SOUTH:  I-95 N to Exit 100 (Northeast/Rising Sun) to Rt. 272 N to Rt. 1 N (about 7 miles) to Rt. 82 N toward Willowdale.  Follow Rt 82 North to intersection of Rt 926.

FOOD
There will be a Food Vendor all weekend.  There is water available at the site.

REFUNDS
There shall be no refunds for entries withdrawn in the event a dog and/or handler are dismissed from competition, regardless of the reason for such dismissal.  Refunds are allowed if requested before the closing date.  Refunds after closing date for bitches in season only. A $5.00 processing fee for ANY refunds.  ALL REFUND REQUESTS BEFORE THE CLOSING DATE MUST INCLUDE OWNERS NAME AND MAILING ADDRESS WITH REQUEST.

BITCHES IN SEASON are not eligible to participate.  Entry fees will be refunded subject to a $5.00 processing fee.  Written verification from a veterinarian is required.  Notification for refund of bitches in season must be RECEIVED no later than 48 hrs after end of the trial.  A Veterinarian's note AND Final Trial Confirmation for dog must accompany any such refund.  Requests can be faxed to 732-389-2503

Clarification about refunds
Must be RECEIVED with 48 hrs of the end of trial – Tuesday at 6 pm.  After the closing date, Fast Times will only process refunds for bitches in season.  Please read refund policy in premium.
RESULTS
Trial results showing the qualifiers for the trial will be available a few days after the trial.
