Cards are not allowed to be kept on file as I had done in the past.

MAKE SURE THE CHECK IS MADE OUT TO FAST TIMES and that you have completely and correctly filled out the entry form - double check your math!  We cannot accept incomplete entries.

SPECIAL REMINDER: Please remember to make sure you check the box, sign, and write "NO SIGNATURE REQUIRED" on any overnights. The Post Office will not even attempt delivery and they will return them marked "Refused"

HEIGHT CARDS & MEASURING: There MAY be an Official Measurer at this trial, if there is then ALL DOGS REGARDLESS OF THEIR JUMP HEIGHT without a height card will have to be measured.  If there is NOT a measurer at the trial then - All 4"-20" jump height dogs with out height cards or yellow measurement slips will need to be wicketed by the judge before running.  We will wicket any 4"-20" dogs in the morning and throughout they day if needed.   For more information about being measured or wicketed at this trial CLICK HERE.
JUDGING BEGINS
: briefing may begin at 7:30 am., judging may begin at 7:45 am,  All Judging will be indoors. Surface: Padded Astroturf soccer arena, Ring Size: 75’ x 120’, Show Hours 7 AM to 7 PM.  Open to all breeds.
CLASSES OFFERED:  One Standard and one Jumpers with weaves offered each day.

PRELIMINARY CONFIRMATIONS: Fast Times will send preliminary confirmations either as attachments via email or in the body of an email to all exhibitors who provide their email address.  If you do not have and email address and want a preliminary confirmation, please send a stamped self-addressed envelope.

INFORMATION ABOUT THE PREFERRED CLASS

Judging will begin at 7:45 AM (first dog on line).  Handlers in all classes are permitted to walk the course, without a dog, prior to the start of the class.  The walk through is restricted to handlers entered only in that class.  The walk through period will be held prior to each class, following the judges’ briefing.    A, B, & P classes will run together.  For your convenience, electronic timing will be used at this trial provided by Fast Times. Running Order will be determined by random draw

Please EXPECT that there will be changes in judge’s assignments because of the probability that AKC’s Judging limits will require load balancing.

DIRECTIONS TO SHOW SITE:

WARNING: The entrance to Tri-State Sports is hidden.  As you drive down Concord Road going east you’ll cross Pancoast Road and then Bridgewater Road.   Go down the hill (church on the left) and across a stone bridge.  The entrance to Tri-State Sport is about 100 feet on the right as you go up the hill.

From Delaware County: Route 452 South.  Turn left on Concord Road and proceed approximately 2-3 miles to Tri-State Sports on the right.

From West Chester: Route 202 South to Route 1 North then Route 322 East. Exit at Route 452 North and proceed approximately 1 mile to Dutton Mill Road and turn right.  Turn right on Pancoast Road and then right on Concord Road.  Tri-State is one mile on the right.  Driving time is approximately 20 minutes.

From Commodore Barry Bridge:  on Route 322 West.  At the base of the bridge follow signs for I-95 South to West Chester. Take I-95 South and as you are making the turn under the bridge you will see a sign for Concord Rd Exit.  Merge onto Concord Rd.  At the stop sign bear to the right onto Concord Rd.  Site is approx 9/10 mile on the left.

Traveling I-95 South From Philadelphia and North:  Begin on I-95 South.  *SHORTCUT: Follow the exit for Rte 322 West BUT take Highland Ave exit (this exit is just after you go under the overpass and is a sharp turn to the right – be careful), at the stop sign go straight crossing over Highland Ave and merging onto Bethel Rd, follow Bethel Rd under bridge (approx 4/10 mile) to stop sign. Turn left onto Concord Rd. site is on left approx 9/10 of a mile.  ***ORIGINAL: Take Exit 3A to Rte 322 West (West Chester).  Exit on to Route 452 North.   Turn right on Dutton Mill Rd.  Turn right on Pancoast Ave. Turn right on Concord Rd proceed approximately 1 mile to Tri-State on the right.

From Wilmington and South: Begin on I-95 North. Continue on ramp to Market St, PA-452.  Turn right on W Duttons Mill Rd.  Turn right on Pancoast Ave. Turn right on Concord Rd and proceed approximately 1 mile to Tri-State on the right.

CAMPGROUNDS

There are a limited number of overnight parking (but no hookups) spots available for RVs in the Tri-State parking lot. There will be a $10/night fee. RESERVATIONS ARE REQUIRED FOR ANY RV PARKING.  RVs without reservations, including day parking, will not be allowed on the premises at any time due to the space constraints. . RVs must park on the perimeter of the TSS parking lot. Anyone failing to observe this policy will be requested and required to leave the show premises without a refund of entry fees. Those refusing to leave will be towed. Towing will be at owner’s expense. Your cooperation in this matter is greatly appreciated. Reservations are on a first come first served basis. The equipment for this trial is being provided by the Tail Blazers Agility Club.

FOOD
There will be a Food Vendor all weekend. No outside food is allowed in the building. Water is available at the site.

REFUNDS

There shall be no refunds for entries withdrawn in the event a dog and/or handler are dismissed from competition, regardless of the reason for such dismissal.  Refunds are allowed if requested before the closing date.  Refunds after closing date for bitches in season only. A $5.00 processing fee for ANY refunds.  ALL REFUND REQUESTS BEFORE THE CLOSING DATE MUST INCLUDE OWNERS NAME AND MAILING ADDRESS WITH REQUEST.

BITCHES IN SEASON are not eligible to participate.  Entry fees will be refunded subject to a $5.00 processing fee.  Written verification from a veterinarian is required.  Notification for refund of bitches in season must be RECEIVED no later than 48 hrs after end of the trial.  A Veterinarian's note AND Final Trial Confirmation for dog must accompany any such refund.  Requests can be faxed to 732-389-2503

Clarification about refunds
Must be RECEIVED with 48 hrs of the end of trial – Tuesday at 6 pm.  After the closing date, Fast Times will only process refunds for bitches in season.  Please read refund policy in premium.
RESULTS
Trial results showing the qualifiers for the trial will be available a few days after the trial.
