HEIGHT CARDS & MEASURING: There MAY be an Official Measurer at this trial, if there is then ALL DOGS REGARDLESS OF THEIR JUMP HEIGHT without a height card will have to be measured. If there is NOT a measurer at the trial then - All 8-20" jump height dogs without height cards or yellow measurement slips will need to be wicketed by the judge before running. We will wicket any 8-20" dogs in the morning and throughout they day if needed. For more information about being measured or wicketed at this trial CLICK HERE.
JUDGING BEGINS: 8:00 am. All Judging will be outdoors, rain or shine. Surface: Grass, Ring Size: 110’ x 110’, Show Hours 7 AM to 7 PM. Open to all breeds..
CLASSES OFFERED: One Standard, one Jumpers with weaves and one FAST class offered each day. To learn more about the Preferred class click HERE
FEES: $24/15. Make all checks payable to FAST TIMES. Fast Times will not return checks for entries that are not accepted or entries cancelled before the check has been deposited. We shred all unused checks.
PRELIMINARY CONFIRMATIONS: Fast Times will send preliminary confirmations either as attachments via email or in the body of an email to all exhibitors who provide their email address. If you do not have and email address and want a preliminary confirmation, please send a stamped self-addressed envelope.

DIRECTIONS TO SHOW SITE:

From North (NY)   - take the NJ Turnpike to Exit # 7 at Exit #7 follow directions and signs to 295 South. Take 295 south to exit #45 - see below

From South (MD/DE) - Take NJ Turnpike to exit #5. Turn left at exit and take Burlington - Mt Holly Road toward Burlington and get on Rt 295 South. 295 South to exit 45 follow 295 instructions

From the North: Rt. 130 south to Beverly-Rancocas Road jughandle (NJ State Police barracks building at jughandle). Use jughandle and cross Rt. 130. Show grounds on right approximately ½ mile on right

From the South: Rt. 130 North to Beverly-Rancocas Rd. (Casel Realty on right). Turn right. Follow Beverly-Rancocas Rd ½ mile to show grounds

From Rt. # I-295: Exit at 45 B – Willingboro. Follow for approximately 3 ½ miles to show grounds on left

From Pennsylvania: Take one of the bridges to Route 130 or Rt. #I-295 and follow the above directions

CAMPGROUNDS

Motor Home Parking is available. There are no hook ups of any kind. Deadline for motor home reservations is June 1, 2007. There is no fee BUT you MUST make reservations. Reservations should be sent to: Joe Coles, 125 Hope Road, Tinton Falls 07724 joecoles@comcast.net. Please include make, state and license plate number, and make and length of unit.

EQUIPMENT

The equipment for this trial is being provided by MAX200. All equipment will be available for sale at the end of the event. SHOW PHOTOGRAPHERS: M. Nicole Fischer Photography will be on site capturing the action and shooting a limited number of portraits. Nicole offers prints in a wide range of sizes, photo collages, images on CD, custom photo bookmarks, and -- new for 2008! -- custom photo Dogification tags and custom photo zipper pulls. FOOD

There will be a Food Vendor all weekend.    There is no water close by at the site.

REFUNDS

There shall be no refunds for entries withdrawn in the event a dog and/or handler are dismissed from competition, regardless of the reason for such dismissal. Refunds are allowed if requested before the closing date. Refunds after closing date for bitches in season only. A $5.00 processing fee for ANY refunds. ALL REFUND REQUESTS BEFORE THE CLOSING DATE MUST INCLUDE OWNERS NAME AND MAILING ADDRESS WITH REQUEST.

BITCHES IN SEASON are not eligible to participate. Entry fees will be refunded subject to a $5.00 processing fee. Written verification from a veterinarian is required. Notification for refund of bitches in season must be RECEIVED no later than 48 hrs after end of the trial. A Veterinarian's note AND Final Trial Confirmation for dog must accompany any such refund. Requests can be faxed to 732-389-2503

Clarification about refunds
Must be RECEIVED with 48 hrs of the end of trial – Tuesday at 6 pm. After the closing date, Fast Times will only process refunds for bitches in season. Please read refund policy in premium.

RESULTS

Trial results showing the qualifiers for the trial will be available a few days after the trial.
