HEIGHT CARDS & MEASURING: There MAY be an Official Measurer at this trial, if there is then ALL DOGS REGARDLESS OF THEIR JUMP HEIGHT without a height card will have to be measured. If there is NOT a measurer at the trial then - All 8-20" jump height dogs with out height cards or yellow measurement slips will need to be wicketed by the judge before running. We will wicket any 8-20" dogs in the morning and throughout they day if needed. For more information about being measured or wicketed at this trial CLICK HERE.
JUDGING BEGINS: 8:00 am, briefing at 7:45 am. All Judging will be outdoors, rain or shine. Surface: Grass, Ring Size: 100’ x 100’, Show Hours 7 AM to 7 PM. Open to all breeds..
CLASSES OFFERED: One Standard, one Jumpers with Weaves and one FAST class offered each day.
FEES: $24 for the first run of each day per dog and $14 for each additional run each day for the same dog. Make all checks payable to FAST TIMES not the club. Fast Times will not return checks for entries that are not accepted or canceled entries. We shred all unused checks.
PRELIMINARY CONFIRMATIONS: Fast Times will send preliminary confirmations either as attachments via email or in the body of an email to all exhibitors who provide their email address. If you do not have and email address and want a preliminary confirmation, please send a stamped self-addressed envelope.

NFORMATION ABOUT THE PREFERRED CLASS

Judge’s assignments listed below are NOT the order that the classes will be run. It will be based on entries, judges limits, and to run the trial efficiently. Exhibitors may set up on Friday after 3 pm, only in the areas designated by the trial officials. A, B, & P classes will run together. . ELECTRONIC TIMING WILL BE USED IN ALL RINGS.

Midland Beach Sports Field, Staten Island, NY

Staten Island is served by four bridges: the Verrazano Narrows Bridge, the Goethals Bridge, the Bayonne Bridge and the Outerbridge Crossing.   Easiest access for visitors traveling from the North, West or South is via the New Jersey Turnpike to the Goethals Bridge or Outerbridge Crossing. Travel through Manhattan is not recommended.

VERRAZANO NARROWS BRIDGE FOR TRAVEL FROM BROOKLYN, QUEENS AND POINTS EAST: Take the Verrazano Narrows Bridge to Staten Island. From the tollbooths, stay right and take the first exit, Lily Pond Avenue. Follow the road to the show site. Lily Pond Avenue becomes Father Capodanno Boulevard. No turns are necessary. It is approximately 3 miles to the show site. At the end if the Boulevard there is a U-Turn, the first parking lot, next to the picnic area is the lot closest to the Agility Trial.

BAYONNE BRIDGE, FOR TRAVEL FROM BAYONNE AND OTHER NEW JERSEY POINTS: From the Staten Island tollbooths stay on the Expressway and follow the signs for the Verrazano Narrows Bridge and Brooklyn. Before reaching the Verrazano Narrows Bridge, you will turn off at Lily Pond Avenue Exit. (Last exit before the bridge). At the first light, make a right turn and follow the road to the show site. See directions from Brooklyn.

GOETHALS BRIDGE, FROM NEW JERSEY POINTS: From the Staten Island tollbooths, stay on the Expressway to the Lily Pond Avenue Exit. Follow directions above.

OUTERBRIDGE CROSSING, FROM NEW JERSEY POINTS: From the Staten Island tollbooths follow the signs for the West Shore Expressway. Proceed on the West Shore Expressway (Rte. 440) to Staten Island Expressway (Rte. 278).   Travel to the Lily Pond Avenue Exit. Follow direction above.

The following will accept well-mannered dogs. (However, exhibitors should double check when making reservations in as much as motels sometimes change their policies. Ask for Dog Show Rates.

WE SUGGEST THAT YOU MAKE YOUR RESERVATIONS AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.

There is a public access parking lot adjacent to the show grounds. The lot at the far end (near the picnic area) is closest to the Agility rings. There are no electric hook-ups or services. There is no charge for overnight parking. The lot will be available on Saturday. There is a larger parking lot (Lot #2) on the other side of the ball fields which will be open and available for parking on Friday afternoon. The smaller lot closer to the trial area is locked at night, and the park personnel request that you utilize the larger lot at least at night. You may re-park in the small lot each morning.

The equipment for this trial is being provided by MAX200. All equipment will be available for sale at the end of the event. There will be a Food Vendor all weekend.

There shall be no refunds for entries withdrawn in the event a dog and/or handler are dismissed from competition, regardless of the reason for such dismissal. Refunds are allowed if requested before the closing date. Refunds after closing date for bitches in season only. A $5.00 processing fee for ANY refunds. ALL REFUND REQUESTS BEFORE THE CLOSING DATE MUST INCLUDE OWNERS NAME AND MAILING ADDRESS WITH REQUEST.

BITCHES IN SEASON are not eligible to participate. Entry fees will be refunded subject to a $5.00 processing fee. Written verification from a veterinarian is required. Written verification from a veterinarian is required. Notification for refund of bitches in season must be made BEFORE OR AT THE TRIAL. A Veterinarian's note AND Final Trial Confirmation for dog must accompany any such refund request.

Trial results showing the qualifiers for the trial will be available by Tuesday after the trial.
