Change in AKC's previous Height Card Policy:
YOU SHOULD ATTACH a copy of height card with EACH and EVERY ENTRY.
Cards are not allowed to be kept on file as I had done in the past.
Please pass this along to other exhibitors.

Regarding HEIGHT CARDS: If you did not include a valid height card or valid non expired measurement slip with your entry, then you will need to either show a valid height card or valid non expired measurement slip at the trial or be measured in order to receive your armbands.  Height cards cannot be accepted after the entry has been received.

 HEIGHT CARDS & MEASURING: There WILL be an Official Measurer at this trial. ALL DOGS REGARDLESS OF THEIR JUMP HEIGHT without a height card will have to be measured. Times will be provided in the final confirmation.  For more information about being measured or wicketed at this trial CLICK HERE.
 JUDGING BEGINS: Judging will commence Fri at 11:00.  Sat & Sun at 7:45 a.m.. All Judging will be outdoors, rain or shine. Surface: Grass, Ring Size: 100’ x 120’, Show Hours 7 AM to 7 PM.  Open to all breeds..
FEES:  $24/12.  Make all checks payable to FAST TIMES not the club.  Fast Times will not return checks for entries that are not accepted or entries cancelled before the check has been deposited.  We shred all unused checks. 
PRELIMINARY CONFIRMATIONS: Fast Times will send preliminary confirmations either as attachments via email or in the body of an email to all exhibitors who provide their email address.  If you do not have and email address and want a preliminary confirmation, please send a stamped self-addressed envelope.

INFORMATION ABOUT THE PREFERRED CLASS

A, B, & P classes will run together.   ELECTRONIC TIMING WILL BE USED IN ALL RINGS.  EXHIBITORS WILL NOT BE PERMITTED TO SET UP TENTS AT THE SITE ON THURSDAY.  Setup in Friday starts at 9:30 am.

Please EXPECT that there will be changes in judges’ assignments because of the probability that AKC’s Judging limits will require load balancing.

ENTRY FEES: First Entry of a Dog (Each Day): $24, Second Entry of same Dog: $12 (Each Day)
For example: Regular Class + JWW on Sat = $36. Reg Class + JWW on Sat & Sun =$72.   JWW only on Sat = $24.,  JWW on Sat & Sun = $48.   Regular Class + JWW on Sat & JWW only on Sun = $60

PAYMENT: Please make all checks out to: Fast Times not the club.  Fast Times will not return checks for entries that are not accepted or entries cancelled before the check has been deposited.  We shred all unused checks.

DIRECTIONS TO SHOW SITE:

EXHIBITORS WILL NOT BE PERMITTED TO SET UP TENTS OR RVs AT THE SITE ON THURSDAY.

VERRAZANO NARROWS BRIDGE FOR TRAVEL FROM BROOKLYN, QUEENS AND POINTS EAST: Take the Verrazano Narrows Bridge to Staten Island.  From the tollbooths, stay right and take the second exit, Lily Pond Avenue.  Make a right onto Lily Pond Avenue.  Lily Pond Avenue becomes Father Capodanno Boulevard.  Take this all the way down to Midland Avenue, and make a right.  Take Midland Avenue to Hylan Boulevard, and make a left onto Hylan Boulevard.  Take this approximately 5 miles.  When you pass Bernstein Intermediate School on your left, the park is immediately past the next traffic signal.  Make a left to the park.

From Southern N.J. – From GSP take exit 127 to 440 East. Follow 440 to Outerbridge Crossing onto Staten Island.  Stay to the left through the tolls onto the Korean War Veterans Memorial Parkway.  (Do not get onto Route 440).  

* Take the first exit for Maguire Avenue/Foster Road/Huguenot Avenue.  Make a right onto Huguenot Avenue, and take this about 1-1/2 miles to Hylan Boulevard turn right onto Hylan Blvd..  Pass one traffic light and make the next left onto Cornelia Avenue into Wolfs Pond Park.   There is a sign for the park at the corner.  The park entrance is on the right.

From Northern N.J. - Take the NJ Turnpike to Exit 13/Goethals Bridge onto Staten Island.  Shortly after tolls, take right exit for Rt 440 South.   Take this all the way to the end, bearing left to get onto the Korean War Veterans Memorial Parkway.  Continue with the (*) above.

CAMPGROUNDS

Motor homes will be permitted to park at the site for a fee of $15.00 per night.  There are no hookups available.  To make motor home reservations, please send your request and payment check (made out to SICDTC, Inc.) to: Barbara LaFurge, 30 Lexington Ave, Staten Island, NY 10302.  Include make, model, license and length of your RV with payment.  

Reservations and payment must be received by close of entries.  RVs will not be permitted to set-up until 9:30 AM Friday morning.   Please note that the park gates will be closed after 8:00 PM each evening, so you must arrive prior to that time.  Late arrivals will have to wait in the parking lot area until the following morning to move to the RV area. 

EQUIPMENT

The equipment for this trial is being provided by MAX200.  All equipment will be available for sale at the end of the event.  If you are interested in a specific item, it requested that you reserve it ahead of time.  For more information, you may call MAX200 - 800-446-2920 or email them at max200@erols.com.

There will be a Food Vendor all weekend.  There is water available at the site

REFUNDS

There shall be no refunds for entries withdrawn in the event a dog and/or handler are dismissed from competition, regardless of the reason for such dismissal.  Refunds are allowed if requested before the closing date.  Refunds after closing date for bitches in season only. A $5.00 processing fee for ANY refunds.  ALL REFUND REQUESTS BEFORE THE CLOSING DATE MUST INCLUDE OWNERS NAME AND MAILING ADDRESS WITH REQUEST.

BITCHES IN SEASON are not eligible to participate.  Entry fees will be refunded subject to a $5.00 processing fee.  Written verification from a veterinarian is required.  Notification for refund of bitches in season must be RECEIVED no later than 48 hrs after end of the trial.  A Veterinarian's note AND Final Trial Confirmation for dog must accompany any such refund.  Requests can be faxed to 732-389-2503

Clarification about refunds
Must be RECEIVED with 48 hrs of the end of trial – Tuesday at 6 pm.  After the closing date, Fast Times will only process refunds for bitches in season.  Please read refund policy in premium.
RESULTS
Trial results showing the qualifiers for the trial will be available by Tuesday after the trial.
