HEIGHT CARDS & MEASURING:  There MAY be an Official Measurer at this trial, if there is then ALL DOGS REGARDLESS OF THEIR JUMP HEIGHT without a height card will have to be measured.  If there is NOT a measurer at the trial then - All 8-20" jump height dogs with out height cards or yellow measurement slips will need to be wicketed by the judge before running.  We will wicket any 8-20" dogs in the morning and throughout they day if needed.   For more information about being measured or wicketed at this trial CLICK HERE.
JUDGING BEGINS:   7:45 am, briefing at 7:30 am. All Judging will be outdoors, rain or shine. Surface: Grass, Ring Size: 100’ x 120’, Show Hours 7 AM to 7 PM.  Open to all breeds..
FEES:  $23/12.  Make all checks payable to FAST TIMES.   Fast Times will not return checks for entries that are not accepted or entries cancelled before the check has been deposited.  We shred all unused checks. 
CLASSES OFFERED:  One Standard and one Jumpers with Weaves offered each day.  FAST class offered on Friday and Saturday.
PRELIMINARY CONFIRMATIONS: Fast Times will send preliminary confirmations either as attachments via email or in the body of an email to all exhibitors who provide their email address.  If you do not have and email address and want a preliminary confirmation, please send a stamped self-addressed envelope.

INFORMATION ABOUT THE PREFERRED CLASS

Class schedule and jump ht order below is tentative and should only be used as a guideline.  It is subject to change based on entries and to run the trial efficiently.   Exhibitors can setup on Thursday afternoon.   A, B, & P classes will run together.   ELECTRONIC TIMING WILL BE USED IN ALL RINGS.

Please EXPECT that there will be changes in judges’ assignments because of the probability that AKC’s Judging limits will require load balancing.

 For example: Regular Class + JWW on Sat = $35. Reg Class + JWW on Sat & Sun =$70.   JWW only on Sat = $23.,  JWW on Sat & Sun = $46.   Regular Class + JWW on Sat & JWW only on Sun = $58

DIRECTIONS TO SHOW SITE:

FDR Park is off the Taconic State Parkway, approximately 18 miles south of Route I-84

NOTE—Commercial vehicles/Trailers/RV’s ARE NOT PERMITTED ON THE TACONIC

NOTE:  There MAY be a $6.00 car parking fee charged by FDR Park each day and  $10.00 RV parking fee each day.

Passenger Cars:

From the North or South: Taconic State Parkway North to FDR Park Exit.

From the West:  Tappan Zee Bridge to Route 287 (Cross Westchester Expressway). Take Saw Mill River Parkway North to the Taconic State Parkway to FDR Park.

From the East:  I-684 to Route 35 West (Katonah). *Follow Route 35 West and go into Yorktown.  In center of town (just after Triangle Shopping Center) turn right onto Route 202.  Continue on Route 202 to FDR Park on your left.*

Commercial Vehicles:

From the North:  I-684 South to Route 35 West (Katonah) *Follow as underlined above.

From the South: I-684 North to Route 35 West (Katonah)  *Follow as underlined above.

CAMPGROUNDS

There is usually no RV/Motor Home Parking at FDR Park for the Trial. However, if a large enough group of people is interested in splitting the cost of the required overnight guard, please contact Jane Harding, jane@cutwaterpwd.com. If enough people do NOT sign up, then the only Parking will be at Croton Point Park. DEADLINE TO SIGN UP IS APRIL 21.

There will be NO overnight parking/camping at FDR Park for the Agility Trial.  Croton Point Park will accommodate you and their # is: (914) 271-3293.   It is 9 miles (approximately 20 minutes) from the trial site. Please call the park directly in order to make arrangements for your RV/Motor Home.  Please note that at the trial there is a $10.00 parking fee per day charged by FDR Park for each RV / Motor Home

EQUIPMENT

The equipment for this trial is being provided by MAX200.  All equipment will be available for sale at the end of the event.  If you are interested in a specific item, it requested that you reserve it ahead of time.  For more information, you may call MAX200 - 800-446-2920 or email them at max200@erols.com.

SHOW PHOTOGRAPHERS:

FOOD
There will be a Food Vendor all weekend.  There is water available at the site.

REFUNDS
There shall be no refunds for entries withdrawn in the event a dog and/or handler are dismissed from competition, regardless of the reason for such dismissal.  Refunds are allowed if requested before the closing date.  Refunds after closing date for bitches in season only. A $5.00 processing fee for ANY refunds.  ALL REFUND REQUESTS BEFORE THE CLOSING DATE MUST INCLUDE OWNERS NAME AND MAILING ADDRESS WITH REQUEST.

BITCHES IN SEASON are not eligible to participate.  Entry fees will be refunded subject to a $5.00 processing fee.  Written verification from a veterinarian is required.  Notification for refund of bitches in season must be RECEIVED no later than 48 hrs after end of the trial.  A Veterinarian's note AND Final Trial Confirmation for dog must accompany any such refund.  Requests can be faxed to 732-389-2503

Clarification about refunds
Must be RECEIVED with 48 hrs of the end of trial – Tuesday at 6 pm.  After the closing date, Fast Times will only process refunds for bitches in season.  Please read refund policy in premium.
RESULTS
Trial results showing the qualifiers for the trial will be available a few days after the trial.
