YOU SHOULD ATTACH a copy of height card with EACH and EVERY ENTRY.
Cards are not allowed to be kept on file as I had done in the past.
Please pass this along to other exhibitors.

Regarding HEIGHT CARDS: If you did not include a valid height card or valid non expired measurement slip with your entry, then you will need to either show a valid height card or valid non expired measurement slip at the trial or be measured in order to receive your armbands.  Height cards cannot be accepted after the entry has been received.

HEIGHT CARDS & MEASURING:  There MAY be an Official Measurer at this trial, if there is then ALL DOGS REGARDLESS OF THEIR JUMP HEIGHT without a height card will have to be measured.  If there is NOT a measurer at the trial then - All 8-20" jump height dogs with out height cards or yellow measurement slips will need to be wicketed by the judge before running.  We will wicket any 8-20" dogs in the morning and throughout they day if needed.   For more information about being measured or wicketed at this trial CLICK HERE.
JUDGING BEGINS:   FRI, SAT & SUN:  7:45 am. All Judging will be outdoors. Surface: grass, Ring Size: 110’ x 110’, Show Hours 7 AM to 7 PM.  Open to all breeds..
CLASSES OFFERED:  One Standard , One Jumpers with Weaves and One FAST class offered each day.   To learn more about the Preferred class click HERE.
FEES:  $24 for the first run of each day per dog and $15 for the second run each day for the same dog.  Make all checks payable to FAST TIMES not DCKC.  Fast Times will not return checks for entries that are not accepted or canceled entries.  We shred all unused checks.
PRELIMINARY CONFIRMATIONS: Fast Times will send preliminary confirmations either as attachments via email or in the body of an email to all exhibitors who provide their email address.  If you do not have and email address and want a preliminary confirmation, please send a stamped self-addressed envelope.

Please EXPECT that there will be changes in judges’ assignments because of the probability that AKC’s Judging limits will require load balancing.
   Exhibitors can setup on Thursday evening  after 6 pm.   A, B, & P classes will run together.   ELECTRONIC TIMING WILL BE USED IN ALL RINGS

ENTRY FEES: First Entry of a Dog (Each Day): $24, Second Entry of same Dog: $15 (Each Day)
PAYMENT: Please make all checks out to: FAST TIMES not DCKC.  Fast Times will not return checks for entries that are not accepted or entries cancelled before the check has been deposited.  We shred all unused checks.

DIRECTIONS TO SHOW SITE:

From PA Turnpike:  Exit 28 to US Route 1 North to Interstate 95 North to exit 49 – PA 332 West.  Follow directions below

From Central NJ: Interstate 295 (towards PA) to Interstate 95 South into PA.  Take Exit 49 onto PA 332 West toward Newtown (becomes Newtown Bypass).. After 4.5 miles, the road bears right toward 413 NORTH/532 NORTH. Turn Left at first light (.4mile) at Applebee's in Acme Shopping center onto 413 North/Durham Road. Go 3.4 miles on Pa 413, turn left onto Penns Park Rd. Site is 0.2 miles on the left.

 From North: US Route 202 South to Buckingham PA.  Turn left onto PA 413.  Go 6.4 miles, turn right onto Penns Park Rd.  Site is 0.2 miles on the left.

CAMPGROUNDS

OVERNIGHT RV PARKING IS PERMITTED.  $30 flat fee for the weekend – Electric hookup only – no water.  Advance reservations advised. For reservations contact Bill Barcus, , 97 Troy Avenue, Gibbstown, NJ 08027 tuckerdad@comcast.net  (856) 423-3679 .  No RV before 6 PM on Thursday.

EQUIPMENT

The equipment for this trial is being provided by MAX200.  All equipment will be available for sale at the end of the event.  If you are interested in a specific item, it requested that you reserve it ahead of time.  For more information, you may call MAX200 - 800-446-2920 or email them at max200@erols.com.

REFUNDS
There shall be no refunds for entries withdrawn in the event a dog and/or handler are dismissed from competition, regardless of the reason for such dismissal.  Refunds are allowed if requested before the closing date.  Refunds after closing date for bitches in season only. A $5.00 processing fee for ANY refunds.  ALL REFUND REQUESTS BEFORE THE CLOSING DATE MUST INCLUDE OWNERS NAME AND MAILING ADDRESS WITH REQUEST.

BITCHES IN SEASON are not eligible to participate.  Entry fees will be refunded subject to a $5.00 processing fee.  Written verification from a veterinarian is required.  Notification for refund of bitches in season must be RECEIVED no later than 48 hrs after end of the trial.  A Veterinarian's note AND Final Trial Confirmation for dog must accompany any such refund.  Requests can be faxed to 732-389-2503

Clarification about refunds
Must be RECEIVED with 48 hrs of the end of trial – Tuesday at 6 pm.  After the closing date, Fast Times will only process refunds for bitches in season.  Please read refund policy in premium.
RESULTS
Trial results showing the qualifiers for the trial will be available by Tuesday after the trial.
