YOU SHOULD ATTACH a copy of height card with EACH and EVERY ENTRY.
Cards are not allowed to be kept on file as I had done in the past.
Please pass this along to other exhibitors.

Regarding HEIGHT CARDS: If you did not include a valid height card or valid non expired measurement slip with your entry, then you will need to arrive early and either show a valid height card or valid non expired measurement slip at the trial or be measured in order to receive your armbands.  Height cards cannot be accepted after the entry has been received.

HEIGHT CARDS & MEASURING:  There MAY be an Official Measurer at this trial, if there is then ALL DOGS REGARDLESS OF THEIR JUMP HEIGHT without a height card will have to be measured.  If there is NOT a measurer at the trial then - All 8-20" jump height dogs with out height cards or yellow measurement slips will need to be wicketed by the judge before running.  We will wicket any 8-20" dogs in the morning and throughout they day if needed.   For more information about being measured or wicketed at this trial CLICK HERE.
JUDGING BEGINS:   8:00 am, briefing at 7:45 am. All Judging will be outdoors, rain or shine. Surface: Grass, Ring Size: 100’ x 120’, Show Hours 7 AM to 7 PM.  Open to all breeds..
CLASSES OFFERED:  One Standard and one Jumpers with weaves offered each day. 
FEES:  $24 for the first run of each day per dog and $12 for the second run each day for the same dog.    Make all checks payable to FAST TIMES, not the club.  Fast Times will not return checks for entries that are not accepted or canceled entries.  We shred all unused checks.
PRELIMINARY CONFIRMATIONS: Fast Times will send preliminary confirmations either as attachments via email or in the body of an email to all exhibitors who provide their email address.  If you do not have and email address and want a preliminary confirmation, please send a stamped self-addressed envelope.

INFORMATION ABOUT THE PREFERRED CLASS

Class schedule and jump ht order below is tentative and should only be used as a guideline.  It is subject to change based on entries and to run the trial efficiently.  Exhibitors can setup on Thursday after 4 pm.   A, B, & P classes will run together.   ELECTRONIC TIMING WILL BE USED IN ALL RINGS

Please EXPECT that there will be changes in judges’ assignments because of the probability that AKC’s Judging limits will require load balancing.

ENTRY FEES: First Entry of a Dog (Each Day): $24, Second Entry of same Dog: $12 (Each Day)
For example: Regular Class + JWW on Sat = $36. Reg Class + JWW on Sat & Sun =$72.   JWW only on Sat = $24.,  JWW on Sat & Sun = $48.   Regular Class + JWW on Sat & JWW only on Sun = $60.

DIRECTIONS TO SHOW SITE:

From North: GSP (Garden State Pkwy) South to Route 9, South on Route 9 towards Freehold. Take exit for Route 18 South (left exit).  Follow Route 18 South to exit for Route 537 West (towards Freehold).  Before second light on Route 537 West, follow sign bearing to the right jug handle in order to make a left on Kozloski Rd.  YOU CANNOT MAKE A LEFT TURN ONTO KOSLOSKI.  Show site is approximately 0.5 miles on the right.

From Northeast: Route 537 West To Kozloski Road. Before Kosloski, follow sign bearing to the right jug handle in order to make a left on Kozloski Rd.  YOU CANNOT MAKE A LEFT TURN ONTO KOSLOSKI.  Show site is approximately 0.5 miles on the right.

From East: Take Route 33 West to Kozloski (Gas Station at Intersection). NEW DIRECTIONS HERE: take a left up the ramp in order to get onto Kosloski Blvd heading north.   Follow to site on left approximately 0.6 miles to site.   If exiting GSP at NJ-33 heading W towards Freehold you can: 1. Bear right onto Business 33 past the intersection with Fairfield Road and then follow direction above or 2. Take Highway 33 and exit norhtbound onto Halls Mill Rd , which changes name to Kozloski Rd at the Howell/Freehold border and then follow directions above. 
From West: Take Route 33 East (4 lane, NJ Turnpike Exit 8 ) to Halls Mill Rd Exit (This is past the Route 33, Route 537 and Route 9 exits). Take Halls Mill Rd. North (it turns into Kozloski) to site on left.

CAMPGROUNDS

East Freehold Park (show site) has RV water and elec.  hook-ups. BCDC Trial
Camping Coordinator will be on-site Thursday, Friday and Saturday.  ADVANCE
RESERVATIONS REQUIRED.  Contact Ann Scripko 732-901-4166

with water and elec. $25/night with no services.  Fees are payable to
Bayshore Companion Dog Club.  Spaces are first come first served.  Mail

EQUIPMENT

SHOW PHOTOGRAPHERS: M. Nicole Fischer Photography will be on site capturing the action and shooting a limited number of portraits.  Nicole offers prints in a wide range of sizes, photo collages, images on CD, custom photo bookmarks, and -- new for 2008! -- custom photo IDogification tags and custom photo zipper pulls.  Contact her at nicole@mnicolefischer.com if you have any questions.

FOOD
There will be a food vendor providing food and beverages throughout the weekend.  There is water at the site.

REFUNDS
There shall be no refunds for entries withdrawn in the event a dog and/or handler are dismissed from competition, regardless of the reason for such dismissal.  Refunds are allowed if requested before the closing date.  Refunds after closing date for bitches in season only. A $5.00 processing fee for ANY refunds.  ALL REFUND REQUESTS BEFORE THE CLOSING DATE MUST INCLUDE OWNERS NAME AND MAILING ADDRESS WITH REQUEST.

BITCHES IN SEASON are not eligible to participate.  Entry fees will be refunded subject to a $5.00 processing fee.  Written verification from a veterinarian is required.  Notification for refund of bitches in season must be RECEIVED no later than 48 hrs after end of the trial.  A Veterinarian's note AND Final Trial Confirmation for dog must accompany any such refund.  Requests can be faxed to 732-389-2503

Clarification about refunds
Must be RECEIVED with 48 hrs of the end of trial – Tuesday at 6 pm.  After the closing date, Fast Times will only process refunds for bitches in season.  Please read refund policy in premium.
RESULTS
Trial results showing the qualifiers for the trial will be available a few days after the trial.
