HEIGHT CARDS & MEASURING: There MAY be an Official Measurer at this trial, if there is then ALL DOGS REGARDLESS OF THEIR JUMP HEIGHT without a height card will have to be measured. If there is NOT a measurer at the trial then - All 8-20" jump height dogs with out height cards or yellow measurement slips will need to be wicketed by the judge before running. We will wicket any 8-20" dogs in the morning and throughout they day if needed.   For more information about being measured or wicketed at this trial CLICK HERE.
JUDGING BEGINS: 8:30 am, briefing at 8:15 am. All Judging will be outdoors, rain or shine. Surface: Grass, Ring Size: 100’ x 100’, Show Hours 7 AM to 7 PM. Open to all breeds..
FEES: $22/13. Make all checks payable to FAST TIMES.   Fast Times will not return checks for entries that are not accepted or entries cancelled before the check has been deposited. We shred all unused checks.

FEES: $22 for the first run of each day per dog and $13 for the second run each day for the same dog. Make all checks payable to FAST TIMES. Fast Times will not return checks for entries that are not accepted or canceled entries. We shred all unused checks.
PRELIMINARY CONFIRMATIONS: Fast Times will send preliminary confirmations either as attachments via email or in the body of an email to all exhibitors who provide their email address. If you do not have and email address and want a preliminary confirmation, please send a stamped self-addressed envelope.

ENTRY FEES: First Entry of a Dog (Each Day): $22, Second Entry of same Dog: $13 (Each Day)
For example: Regular Class + JWW on Sat = $35. Reg Class + JWW on Sat & Sun =$70. JWW only on Sat = $22., JWW on Sat & Sun = $44. Regular Class + JWW on Sat & JWW only on Sun = $57

It takes a lot of people to run an agility trial. The club would appreciate your help in making this an efficient and successful trial. Refreshments and raffle will be available for workers. Workers will be reimbursed 1/2 of their park entrance fee. From NJ or PA. or points North on I-95- Get off at Exit 1A, Rt.896 South (Toward Middletown) stay on 896/ 301 South for 5 1/2 miles, turn left onto Howell School Rd.( State Park Signs) Entrance to park 1/4 mile on right, proceed to trial site at Area #1

From Maryland or points South on I-95- Follow directions above from Exit 1A (Rt.896 South) or to save toll- get off at Exit 109B toward Newark, go 4^th light and turn right onto Otts Chapel Rd. At 2^nd light turn left onto Old Baltimore Pike. Turn right onto 896 South and follow directions above.

It is expected of each Exhibitor that all rules of the hotels and motels are followed.
WE SUGGEST THAT YOU MAKE YOUR RESERVATIONS AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.

Camping is available at Lums Pond State Park. Toll Free 877-987-2757. Reservations must be made through the park office. Camping is NOT permitted at trial site. Park entrance fees are included with campsite reservation. Limited sites with electric available so please reserve early. NOTE: Campsites are NOT within walking distance of trial site

NO OVERNIGHT RV PARKING PERMITTED AT ACTUAL TRIAL SITE.

There will be a food vendor all weekend. Water is available at the site

There shall be no refunds for entries withdrawn in the event a dog and/or handler are dismissed from competition, regardless of the reason for such dismissal. Refunds are allowed if requested before the closing date. Refunds after closing date for bitches in season only. A $5.00 processing fee for ANY refunds. ALL REFUND REQUESTS BEFORE THE CLOSING DATE MUST INCLUDE OWNERS NAME AND MAILING ADDRESS WITH REQUEST.

BITCHES IN SEASON are not eligible to participate. Entry fees will be refunded subject to a $5.00 processing fee. Written verification from a veterinarian is required. Notification for refund of bitches in season must be RECEIVED no later than 48 hrs after end of the trial. A Veterinarian's note AND Final Trial Confirmation for dog must accompany any such refund. Requests can be faxed to 732-389-2503

Clarification about refunds
Must be RECEIVED with 48 hrs of the end of trial – Tuesday at 6 pm. After the closing date, Fast Times will only process refunds for bitches in season. Please read refund policy in premium.

Trial results showing the qualifiers for the trial will be available a few days after the trial.
