We allow 7 days for all the postmarked entries to arrive before starting to process the entries. Please allow 10 days after the opening postmark date before expecting to here from us about the status of your entry

SPECIAL REMINDER: There is NO need or advantage in overnighting an entry for a postmark date opening. Just make sure that the postmark date can be clearly read. It is best to go to the post office and have them hand cancel the envelope.

ENTRIES OPEN: Wed., March 7, 2006 at 8 AM. POSTMARK DATE NOT delivery date.

LIMIT: 1000 runs per day. 500 runs per judge per day with no more than 350 runs with jumps.

HEIGHT CARDS & MEASURING: All Novice, Open, and Elite dogs will be wicketed at check-in, except dogs competing in the 20 and 20+ jump height category. Dogs with permanent height cards do not require wicketing but still must check-in.
JUDGING BEGINS: Check-in will be at 7:00 am, Walk-through will start at 7:30 am. First dog on the line at 8:00 am. All Judging will be outdoors, rain or shine. Surface: Grass, Show Hours 7 AM to 7 PM. Open to all breeds..
CLASSES OFFERED:   Saturday: 2 Regular, 1 Jumpers, 1 Touch n Go, 1 Chances. Sunday: 1 Regular, 1 Chances,1 Jumpers, 1 Weavers, 1 Tunnelers
FEES: $12 each class.   Make all checks payable to Fast Times.   Fast Times will not return checks for entries that are not accepted or entries cancelled before the check has been deposited. We shred all unused checks.
PRELIMINARY CONFIRMATIONS: Fast Times will send preliminary confirmations either as attachments via email or in the body of an email to all exhibitors who provide their email address. If you do not have and email address and want a preliminary confirmation, please send a stamped self-addressed envelope.

NOTE REVISED DIRECTIONS!

From I 95 North or South- Take exit 69 which will put you onto Rte. 9 North. From Rte 9 north take exit 6-at bottom of ramp , go right (rte 148). *** Stay straight to stop sign (Chester Center), go straight to traffic light, take a left onto Rte. 154. At traffic light turn left into fairgrounds.

From I 84 East- Take exit to 691 east-691 east will take you into 66 east (into the center of Middletown) Follow 66 east to the end- at traffic light go right onto Rte 9 south- take exit 6 and and make a LEFT onto Rte 148 going east into Chester. Then follow the original directions from the ***.

From I 91 South bound.... Take Exit 22S (a left hand exit) onto Route 9 south (towards shoreline). Take exit 6 and and make a LEFT onto Rte 148 going east into Chester. Then follow from ***.

CAMPERS with large rigs!!!! Please take Exit 7 off Rte 9. (Signs will say to East Haddam Rte 82). At bottom of Ramp is a blinking light for Rte 154... MAKE A RIGHT onto Rte 154. Follow Rte 154(pass Town Hall and Mobil Gas Station). Make a right at the next light, for the fairgrounds.

The equipment for this trial is being provided by SNEAK.

Vendors at the trial will be Arf & Running (agilty equipment, treats , etc.), WigglebottomSnax, The Fuggles People (clothing, toys), Sarah Bishop (massage), Animal Communicator - Tina Hassett, Wiz of Paws (Debbie Saunders- physical therapy)

Food Vendor will be Mobile Kitchen.

There shall be no refunds for entries withdrawn in the event a dog and/or handler are dismissed from competition, regardless of the reason for such dismissal. Refunds are allowed if requested before the closing date. Refunds after closing date for bitches in season only. A $5.00 processing fee for ANY refunds. ALL REFUND REQUESTS BEFORE THE CLOSING DATE MUST INCLUDE OWNERS NAME AND MAILING ADDRESS WITH REQUEST.

BITCHES IN SEASON are not eligible to participate. Entry fees will be refunded subject to a $5.00 processing fee. Written verification from a veterinarian is required. Notification for refund of bitches in season must be RECEIVED no later than 48 hrs after end of the trial. A Veterinarian's note AND Final Trial Confirmation for dog must accompany any such refund. Requests can be faxed to 732-389-2503

Clarification about refunds
Must be RECEIVED with 48 hrs of the end of trial – Tuesday at 6 pm. After the closing date, Fast Times will only process refunds for bitches in season. Please read refund policy in premium.

Trial results showing the qualifiers for the trial will be available a few days after the trial.
