 HEIGHT CARDS & MEASURING: There MAY be an Official Measurer at this trial, if there is then ALL DOGS REGARDLESS OF THEIR JUMP HEIGHT without a height card will have to be measured.  If there is NOT a measurer at the trial then - All 8-20" jump height dogs with out height cards or yellow measurement slips will need to be wicketed by the judge before running.  We will wicket any 8-20" dogs in the morning and throughout they day if needed.   For more information about being measured or wicketed at this trial CLICK HERE.
OTHER TRIAL INFO: Judging begins 8:00 am, briefing at 7:45 am. All Judging will be outdoors, rain or shine. Surface: Grass, Ring Size: 100’ x 120’, Show Hours 7 AM to 7 PM.  Open to all breeds.
CLASSES OFFERED: Standard, JWW, and FAST.
FEES:  $23/12.  Make all checks payable to FAST TIMES not the club.  Fast Times will not return checks for entries that are not accepted or entries cancelled before the check has been deposited.  We shred all unused checks.

Classes will be run in the order listed below, unless necessary to change this due to class sizes and judging limits.  Exhibitors can set up after 4 PM on Friday.   A, B, & P classes will run together.  ELECTRONIC TIMING WILL BE USED IN ALL RINGS.

DIRECTIONS TO SHOW SITE:

From North (NY)   - take the NJ Turnpike to Exit # 7 at Exit #7 follow directions and signs to 295 South. Take 295 south to exit #45 - see below

From South (MD/DE) - Take NJ Turnpike to exit #5.  Turn left at exit and take Burlington - Mt Holly Road toward Burlington and get on Rt 295 South.  295 South to exit 45 follow 295 instructions

From the North: Rt. 130 south to Beverly-Rancocas Road jughandle (NJ State Police barracks building at jughandle).  Use jughandle and cross Rt. 130.  Show grounds on right approximately ˝ mile on right

From the South: Rt. 130 North to Beverly-Rancocas Rd. (Casel Realty on right).  Turn right.  Follow Beverly-Rancocas Rd ˝ mile to show grounds

From Rt. # I-295:  Exit at 45 B – Willingboro.  Follow for approximately 3 ˝ miles to show grounds on left

From Pennsylvania: Take one of the bridges to Route 130 or Rt. #I-295 and follow the above directions

CAMPGROUNDS

Motor Home Parking is available.  There are no hook ups of any kind.  Advance Reservations are required!  Fee $5 per night.  Please mail the reservations to:  Martha Halifko, 412 Lodge St, Piscataway, NJ 08554.  Make checks payable to PDTC.  Please include name, address, phone, email, state and license plate number, and make and length of unit.

EQUIPMENT

The equipment for this event is being provided by M.A.D. REFUNDS
There shall be no refunds for entries withdrawn after the closing date for injury or in the event a dog and/or handler are absent, injured, or are dismissed from competition, regardless of reason for such dismissal.  If because of riots, civil disturbances or other acts beyond the control of management it is impossible to open or complete the show, no refund of entry fee will be made.   Refunds after closing date for bitches in season only. A $5.00 processing fee for ANY refunds.  ALL REFUND REQUESTS BEFORE THE CLOSING DATE MUST INCLUDE OWNERS NAME AND MAILING ADDRESS WITH REQUEST.

BITCHES IN SEASON are not eligible to participate.  Entry fees will be refunded subject to a $5.00 processing fee.  Written verification from a veterinarian is required.  Notification for refund of bitches in season must be RECEIVED no later than 48 hrs after end of the trial.  A Veterinarian's note AND Final Trial Confirmation for dog must accompany any such refund.  Requests can be faxed to 732-389-2503

Clarification about refunds
Bitch in season refunds MUST BE RECEIVED with 48 hrs of end of trial – Tuesday at 6 pm.  After the closing date, Fast Times will only process refunds for bitches in season.  Please read refund policy in premium.
RESULTS
Trial results showing the qualifiers for the trial will be available by Tuesday after the trial.
