HEIGHT CARDS & MEASURING: There MAY be an Official Measurer at this trial, if there is then ALL DOGS REGARDLESS OF THEIR JUMP HEIGHT without a height card will have to be measured. If there is NOT a measurer at the trial then - All 8-20" jump height dogs without height cards or yellow measurement slips will need to be wicketed by the judge before running. JUDGING BEGINS: 8:00 am. All Judging will be outdoors, rain or shine. Surface: Grass, Ring Size: 100’ x 100’, Show Hours 7 AM to 7 PM. Open to all breeds..
FEES: $24/11. Make all checks payable to PCLV. Fast Times will not return checks for entries that are not accepted or entries cancelled before the check has been deposited. We shred all unused checks.
PRELIMINARY CONFIRMATIONS: Fast Times will send preliminary confirmations either as attachments via email or in the body of an email to all exhibitors who provide their email address. If you do not have and email address and want a preliminary confirmation, please send a stamped self-addressed envelope.

INFORMATION ABOUT THE PREFERRED CLASS

Class schedule and jump ht order below is tentative and should only be used as a guideline. It is subject to change based on entries and to run the trial efficiently. Exhibitors may set up on Friday, after 3:00 pm, only in the areas designated by the trial officials. A, B, & P classes will run together. ELECTRONIC TIMING WILL BE USED IN ALL RINGS.

ENTRY FEES: First Entry of a Dog (Each Day): $24, Second Entry of same Dog: $11 (Each Day)
For example: Regular Class + JWW on Sat = $35. Reg Class + JWW on Sat & Sun =$70. JWW only on Sat = $24., JWW on Sat & Sun = $48. Regular Class + JWW on Sat & JWW only on Sun = $59

PAYMENT: Please make all checks out to: PCLV. Fast Times will not return checks for entries that are not accepted or entries cancelled before the check has been deposited. We shred all unused checks.

From the West: Take I-78 to the Route 22, Allentown exit (about 2 miles east of Route 100 exit). Follow Route 22 East to Route 191 exit. Take Route 191 South to the second stoplight (Dunkin Donuts on the left) See A*

From the South: From Route 309, Route 378, or the PA Turnpike. Take Route 22 East to Route 191 exit. Take Route 191 South to the second stoplight (Dunkin Donuts on the left) See A*

From the East: Take I-78 West in New Jersey to Route 33 North in PA to Route 22 West to Route 191 exit. Take Route 191 South to the third stoplight (Dunkin Donuts on the left) See A*

From the Poconos: Follow Route 209 South to Route 33 South to Route 22 West to Route 191 exit. Take Route 191 South to the third stoplight (Dunkin Donuts on the left) See A*

A*: Turn left onto Oakland Road. Go approximately ¾ mile to 4-way stop. Go straight through the stop. Continue approximately ¼ mile. Turn left at the main entrance to Northampton Community College. Follow sign to the Trial Site.

WE SUGGEST THAT YOU MAKE YOUR RESERVATIONS AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.

There shall be no refunds for entries withdrawn in the event a dog and/or handler are dismissed from competition, regardless of the reason for such dismissal. Refunds are allowed if requested before the closing date. Refunds after closing date for bitches in season only. A $5.00 processing fee for ANY refunds. ALL REFUND REQUESTS BEFORE THE CLOSING DATE MUST INCLUDE OWNERS NAME AND MAILING ADDRESS WITH REQUEST.

BITCHES IN SEASON are not eligible to participate. Entry fees will be refunded subject to a $5.00 processing fee. Written verification from a veterinarian is required. Notification for refund of bitches in season must be RECEIVED no later than 48 hrs after end of the trial. A Veterinarian's note AND Final Trial Confirmation for dog must accompany any such refund. Requests can be faxed to 732-389-2503

Clarification about refunds
Must be RECEIVED with 48 hrs of the end of trial – Tuesday at 6 pm. After the closing date, Fast Times will only process refunds for bitches in season. Please read refund policy in premium.
