We allow 7 days for all the postmarked entries to arrive before starting to process the entries. Please allow 10 days after the opening postmark date before expecting to here from us about the status of your entry

SPECIAL REMINDER: There is NO need or advantage in overnighting an entry for a postmark date opening. Just make sure that the postmark date can be clearly read. It is best to go to the post office and have them hand cancel the envelope.

HEIGHT CARDS & MEASURING: is required for all dogs that must be wicketed. All dogs entered in Novice, Open or Elite Proficient jumping 8”, 12” or 16” are required to be measured unless they have a permanent height card. Exceptions are Veteran dogs jumping 16”. Dogs with permanent height cards do not require wicketing or check-in.
JUDGING BEGINS: Saturday/Sunday: Check-in will be at 7:00 am, Judges briefing and walk-through will start at 7:30 am. First dog on the line may be before 8:00 am. All Judging will be outdoors, rain or shine. Surface: Grass, Ring Size: 100’ x 110’, Show Hours 7 AM to 7 PM. Open to all breeds..
CLASSES OFFERED: Saturday: 1 Chances, 1 Regular, 1 Jumpers, 1 Touch n Go, 1 Tunnelers. Sunday: 1 Regular, 1 Jumpers, 1 Touch n Go, 1 Tunnelers, 1 Weavers
FEES: $13 each class. Make all checks payable to JAG. Fast Times will not return checks for entries that are not accepted or entries cancelled before the check has been deposited. We shred all unused checks.
PRELIMINARY CONFIRMATIONS: Fast Times will send preliminary confirmations either as attachments via email or in the body of an email to all exhibitors who provide their email address. If you do not have and email address and want a preliminary confirmation, please send a stamped self-addressed envelope.

We will be using electronic timing in each ring.

We will be running Elite, Open, then Novice. Jump heights 4-20+” each day.

Running order is up to the Club and Judge in order to expedite running of the trial.
This is a 2 Ring, 2 Trial Format although we will use a 3^rd ring to increase efficiency.

From North: GSP (Garden State Pkwy) South to exit 105. Make right at first light onto Hope Rd. Get on Route 18 South. Take Route 18 south till exit 7A Shark River Hill – Camp Evans – Brighton Ave EAST (NOT 7B). Head east on Brighton Ave. to the Stop sign. Turn right onto Marconi Road. Take the first right onto Monmouth Blvd. Turn left onto small street after the Brookdale campus (look for trial sign or Little League sign) Follow signs to trial site.

From East: Take I-195 (Rte 138) to Route 18 North. Take Exit 7 for Marconi Rd / Shark River Hills. At Stop sign go straight onto Marconi Road. Take the first right onto Monmouth Blvd. Turn left onto small street after the Brookdale campus (look for trial sign or Little League sign) Follow signs to trial site.

From West: Take I-195 to Route 18 North. Take Exit 7 for Marconi Rd / Shark River Hills.   At Stop sign go straight onto Marconi Road. The equipment for this trial is being provided by MAX200. All equipment will be available for sale at the end of the event. There shall be no refunds for entries withdrawn in the event a dog and/or handler are dismissed from competition, regardless of the reason for such dismissal. Refunds are allowed if requested before the closing date. Refunds after closing date for bitches in season only. A $5.00 processing fee for ANY refunds. ALL REFUND REQUESTS BEFORE THE CLOSING DATE MUST INCLUDE OWNERS NAME AND MAILING ADDRESS WITH REQUEST.

BITCHES IN SEASON are not eligible to participate. Entry fees will be refunded subject to a $5.00 processing fee. Written verification from a veterinarian is required. Notification for refund of bitches in season must be RECEIVED no later than 48 hrs after end of the trial. A Veterinarian's note AND Final Trial Confirmation for dog must accompany any such refund. Requests can be faxed to 732-389-2503

Clarification about refunds
Must be RECEIVED with 48 hrs of the end of trial – Tuesday at 6 pm. After the closing date, Fast Times will only process refunds for bitches in season. Please read refund policy in premium.

Trial results showing the qualifiers for the trial will be available a few days after the trial.
