HEIGHT CARDS & MEASURING:  There MAY be an Official Measurer at this trial, if there is then ALL DOGS REGARDLESS OF THEIR JUMP HEIGHT without a height card will have to be measured.  If there is NOT a measurer at the trial then - All 8-20" jump height dogs with out height cards or yellow measurement slips will need to be wicketed by the judge before running.  We will wicket any 8-20" dogs in the morning and throughout they day if needed.   For more information about being measured or wicketed at this trial CLICK HERE.
JUDGING BEGINS:   7:45 am, briefing at 7:30 am. All Judging will be outdoors, rain or shine. Surface: Grass, Ring Size: 100’ x 110’, Show Hours 7 AM to 7 PM.  Open to all breeds..
CLASSES OFFERED:  One Standard and one Jumpers with weaves offered each day.  
FEES:  $22 for the first run of each day per dog and $11 for the second run each day for the same dog.  Make all checks payable to JAG not Fast Times.  Fast Times will not return checks for entries that are not accepted or canceled entries.  We shred all unused checks.
PRELIMINARY CONFIRMATIONS: Fast Times will send preliminary confirmations either as attachments via email or in the body of an email to all exhibitors who provide their email address.  If you do not have and email address and want a preliminary confirmation, please send a stamped self-addressed envelope.

INFORMATION ABOUT THE PREFERRED CLASS

Class schedule and jump ht order below is tentative and should only be used as a guideline.  It is subject to change based on entries and to run the trial efficiently.  Exhibitors can setup on Thursday after 6 pm.   A, B, & P classes will run together.     ELECTRONIC TIMING WILL BE USED IN ALL RINGS.

 For example: Regular Class + JWW on Sat = $33. Reg Class + JWW on Sat & Sun =$66.   JWW only on Sat = $22.,  JWW on Sat & Sun = $44.   Regular Class + JWW on Sat & JWW only on Sun = $55

DIRECTIONS TO SHOW SITE:

From North: GSP (Garden State Pkwy) South to exit 105.  Make right at first light onto Hope Rd.  Get on Route 18 South.  Take Route 18 south till exit 7A Shark River Hill – Camp Evans – Brighton Ave EAST (NOT 7B). Head east on Brighton Ave. to the Stop sign.  Turn right onto Marconi Road.  Take the first right onto Monmouth Blvd.  Turn left onto small street after the Brookdale campus (look for trial sign or Little League sign)  Follow signs to trial site.

From East: Take I-195 (Rte 138)  to Route 18 North.  Take Exit 7 for Marconi Rd / Shark River Hills.  At Stop sign go straight onto Marconi Road. Take the first right onto Monmouth Blvd.  Turn left onto small street after the Brookdale campus (look for trial sign or Little League sign)  Follow signs to trial site.

From West:  Take I-195 to Route 18 North.  Take Exit 7 for Marconi Rd / Shark River Hills.   At Stop sign go straight onto Marconi Road. CAMPGROUNDS

Camp Evans has NO water and elec. hook-ups.  Cost is $5/night.  In order to assure space make your reservation by June 9, 2006 by mailing your reservation to Janet Seltzer, 804 Rt 57, Stewartsville, NJ 08886 (908) 859-0151 Jseltzer@Verizon.Net.  Make checks payable to JAG.  Please mail all Camping checks to Janet Seltzer at the above address.    NO RV's before 6 PM Thursday 

Turkey Swamp Park, 200 Georgia Road, Freehold, NJ 07728 (732) 462-7286 (@10 miles), hookups available at no extra charge.  Dogs allowed, but must be on leash at all times.

EQUIPMENT

The equipment for this trial is being provided by MAX200.  All equipment will be available for sale at the end of the event.  If you are interested in a specific item, it requested that you reserve it ahead of time.  For more information, you may call MAX200 - 800-446-2920 or email them at max200@erols.com.

There will be a Food Vendor all weekend. WATER IS AVAILABLE ON THE SITE

REFUNDS
There shall be no refunds for entries withdrawn in the event a dog and/or handler are dismissed from competition, regardless of the reason for such dismissal.  Refunds are allowed if requested before the closing date.  Refunds after closing date for bitches in season only. A $5.00 processing fee for ANY refunds.  ALL REFUND REQUESTS BEFORE THE CLOSING DATE MUST INCLUDE OWNERS NAME AND MAILING ADDRESS WITH REQUEST.

BITCHES IN SEASON are not eligible to participate.  Entry fees will be refunded subject to a $5.00 processing fee.  Written verification from a veterinarian is required.  Notification for refund of bitches in season must be RECEIVED no later than 48 hrs after end of the trial.  A Veterinarian's note AND Final Trial Confirmation for dog must accompany any such refund.  Requests can be faxed to 732-389-2503

Clarification about refunds
Must be RECEIVED with 48 hrs of the end of trial – Tuesday at 6 pm.  After the closing date, Fast Times will only process refunds for bitches in season.  Please read refund policy in premium.
RESULTS
Trial results showing the qualifiers for the trial will be available a few days after the trial.
