HEIGHT CARDS & MEASURING: There will be an Official Measurer at this trial, if there is then ALL DOGS REGARDLESS OF THEIR JUMP HEIGHT without a height card will have to be measured.  If there is NOT a measurer at the trial then - All 4"-20" jump height dogs with out height cards or yellow measurement slips will need to be wicketed by the judge before running.  We will wicket any 4"-20" dogs in the morning and throughout they day if needed.   For more information about being measured or wicketed at this trial CLICK HERE.
JUDGING BEGINS: briefing at 7:15 am., judging begins at 7:30 am,  All Judging will be indoors. Surface: Padded Astroturf soccer arena, Ring Size: 75’ x 120’, Show Hours 7 AM to 7 PM.  Open to all breeds.
CLASSES OFFERED:  One Standard and one Jumpers with weaves offered each day. ISC JWW offered on Friday and ISC STD offered on Saturday. FAST class offered on Friday only.
FEES:  $25/15.  Make all checks payable to JAG.  Fast Times will not return checks for entries that are not accepted or entries cancelled before the check has been deposited.  We shred all unused checks. 
PRELIMINARY CONFIRMATIONS: Fast Times will send preliminary confirmations either as attachments via email or in the body of an email to all exhibitors who provide their email address.  If you do not have and email address and want a preliminary confirmation, please send a stamped self-addressed envelope.

DIRECTIONS TO SHOW SITE:

From Delaware County: Route 452 South.  Turn left on Concord Road and proceed approximately 2-3 miles to Tri-State Sports on the right.

From West Chester: Route 202 South to Route 1 North then Route 322 East. Exit at Route 452 North and proceed approximately 1 mile to Dutton Mill Road and turn right.  Turn right on Pancoast Road and then right on Concord Road.  Tri-State is one mile on the right.  Driving time is approximately 20 minutes.

From New Jersey: Cross the Commodore Barry Bridge on Route 322 West.  At the base of the bridge follow signs for I-95 to West Chester. Take I-95 South.  Take Exit 3A to Rte 322 West (West Chester).  Exit on to Route 452 North.   Turn right on Dutton Mill Rd.  Turn right on Pancoast Ave. Turn right on Concord Rd proceed approximately 1 mile to Tri-State on the right.

From Philadelphia and North: Begin on I-95 South.  Take Exit 3A to Rte 322 West (West Chester).  Exit on to Route 452 North.   Turn right on Dutton Mill Rd.  Turn right on Pancoast Ave. Turn right on Concord Rd and proceed approximately 1 mile to Tri-State on the right.

From Wilmington and South: Begin on I-95 North. Continue on ramp to Market St, PA-452.  Turn right on W Duttons Mill Rd.  Turn right on Pancoast Ave. Turn right on Concord Rd and proceed approximately 1 mile to Tri-State on the right.

CAMPGROUNDS

There are a VERY limited number of parking (no hookups) spots available for RVs at the Tri-State Sports Center premises. Parking will be $10/day RESERVATIONS ARE REQUIRED FOR ANY RV PARKING. RVs without reservations, including day parking, will not be allowed on premise at any time due to the space constraints. Trial Workers get priority for reservations. RVs must park in spots designated by the RV Coordinator. Anyone failing to observe this policy will be requested and required to leave the show premises without a refund of entry fees. Those refusing to leave will be towed. Towing will be at owners expense. Your cooperation in this matter is greatly appreciated. EQUIPMENT

The equipment for this trial is being provided by MAX200.  All equipment will be available for sale at the end of the event.  If you are interested in a specific item, it requested that you reserve it ahead of time.  For more information, you may call MAX200 - 800-446-2920 or email them at max200@erols.com.

FOOD

There will be a food vendor on site.  Food, beverages and water will be available at the site all days.  No outside food is allowed in the building. 

REFUNDS

There shall be no refunds for entries withdrawn after the closing date for injury or in the event a dog and/or handler are absent, injured, or are dismissed from competition, regardless of reason for such dismissal.  If because of riots, civil disturbances or other acts beyond the control of management it is impossible to open or complete the show, no refund of entry fee will be made.   Refunds after closing date for bitches in season only. A $5.00 processing fee for ANY refunds.  ALL REFUND REQUESTS BEFORE THE CLOSING DATE MUST INCLUDE OWNERS NAME AND MAILING ADDRESS WITH REQUEST.

BITCHES IN SEASON are not eligible to participate.  Entry fees will be refunded subject to a $5.00 processing fee.  Written verification from a veterinarian is required.  Notification for refund of bitches in season must be RECEIVED no later than 48 hrs after end of the trial.  A Veterinarian's note AND Final Trial Confirmation for dog must accompany any such refund.  Requests can be faxed to 732-389-2503

Clarification about refunds
Bitch in season refunds MUST BE RECEIVED with 48 hrs of end of trial – Tuesday at 6 pm.  After the closing date, Fast Times will only process refunds for bitches in season.  Please read refund policy in premium.
RESULTS
Trial results showing the qualifiers for the trial will be available a few days after the trial.
