(856) 234-6117 NJHorse@aol.com TRIAL SECRETARY: Click to email me Fast Times, 125 Hope Road, Tinton Falls, NJ 07724-3008 HEIGHT CARDS & MEASURING: There MAY be an Official Measurer at this trial, if there is then ALL DOGS REGARDLESS OF THEIR JUMP HEIGHT without a height card will have to be measured. If there is NOT a measurer at the trial then - All 8-20" jump height dogs with out height cards or yellow measurement slips will need to be wicketed by the judge before running. We will wicket any 8-20" dogs in the morning and throughout they day if needed. For more information about being measured or wicketed at this trial CLICK HERE. JUDGING BEGINS: 7:45 am, briefing at 7:30 am. All Judging will be outdoors, rain or shine. Surface: Grass, Ring Size: 100’ x 110’, Show Hours 7 AM to 7 PM. Open to all breeds.. CLASSES OFFERED: One Standard and one Jumpers with weaves offered each day. FEES: $23 for the first run of each day per dog and $13 for the second run each day for the same dog. Make all checks payable to FAST TIMES not the club. Fast Times will not return checks for entries that are not accepted or canceled entries. We shred all unused checks. PRELIMINARY CONFIRMATIONS: Fast Times will send preliminary confirmations either as attachments via email or in the body of an email to all exhibitors who provide their email address. If you do not have and email address and want a preliminary confirmation, please send a stamped self-addressed envelope. PREMIUM: The Trial Premium and Trial entry Forms are available in both .DOC (Microsoft Word Document) or .PDF (Adobe Acrobat Reader format). There are no hook ups of any kind.
Advance
reservations are required! $10.per night FOR THURSDAY NIGHT: Motor homes will be permitted to park at the site for a fee of $10.00 per night. Deadline for motor home reservations is October 1, 2007. To make motor home reservations for Thursday night, please send your request and payment check (made out to PWCCGS Inc.) to: Diane Polito, 879 Macopin Rd., West Milford, NJ 07480 Please provide the following information: Name, Address, Phone, Email, Make/Model and Plate number. . | There will be a food vendor all weekend. There is water available at the site. |
| There
shall be no refunds for entries withdrawn in the event a dog and/or
handler are injured, absent, or dismissed from competition, regardless of
the reason for such dismissal.
If because of riots, civil disturbances or other acts beyond the
control of management it is impossible to open or complete the show, no
refund of entry fee will be made.
Refunds are allowed if requested before the closing date.
Refunds after closing date for bitches in season only. A $5.00
processing fee for ANY
refunds BITCHES IN SEASON are not eligible to participate. Entry fees will be refunded subject to a $5.00 processing fee per trial / day. Written verification from a veterinarian is required. Notification for refund of bitches in season must be RECEIVED no later than the end of the trial. A Veterinarian's note AND Final Trial Confirmation for dog must accompany any such refund.
