PLEASE READ THE PREMIUMS CAREFULLY. 

SPECIAL REMINDER: Please remember to make sure you check the box, sign, and write "NO SIGNATURE REQUIRED" on any overnights. The Post Office will not even attempt delivery and will return them marked "Refused"

 Judging by the errors in entries - we need to warn everyone.    Please make sure you fill out your entry forms correctly and completely - that includes, class, division, jump height, call name, registered name, AKC registration number, agreement back page, breed, dog's height, date of birth, AND the Total Fees for that entry.    These upcoming 660 run trials will fill on the first day and we will not accept entries that are not complete - and that includes having the check made out for the correct amount and made out to the right payee.   Do not risk having your entry refused because you did not fill it out properly......please spread the word about this to anyone you know….Do not waste your overnight fee by sending an incomplete entry or wrong check.  PLEASE double-check your entries before mailing them.  I encourage you to do your math right on the entry form.   

If your entry form is incomplete or incorrect you will have to RE-SUBMIT A CORRECTED ENTRY FORM with all the fields completed BEFORE the trial.  This is necessary due to AKC rules on entries needing to be filled out completely.  Sorry about this, but at a previous trial, an AKC rep checked all our entries and flagged entries that were not completely filled out.

Change in AKC's previous Height Card Policy:

YOU SHOULD NOW ATTACH a copy of your dog’s permanent height card or valid non-expired temporary measurement slip with EACH and EVERY ENTRY.   Cards are not allowed to be kept on file as I had done in the past.  Please pass this information along to other exhibitors.
 Regarding HEIGHT CARDS: If you did not include a valid height card or valid non expired measurement slip with your entry, then you will need to ARRIVE EARLY to either show a valid height card or valid non expired measurement slip at the trial or be measured in order to receive your armbands.  Check-in is available in the morning and will be done again for a short period before the second novice class of the day.  These are the only designated times to show height cards and to be measured for the trial.  Showing your card or getting measured MUST BE DONE DURING THESE TWO PERIODS.  It will not be done at other times.  Height cards cannot be accepted after the entry has been received.
